Q: Are your properties fully furnished?

A: Yes, all of our properties are fully furnished, from linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen with most standard appliances and kitchenware.  Including Keurigs and standard coffee makers.


Q: What do I need to bring?

A: We recommend bringing the same items you would expect to bring when staying at a hotel.


Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes, we allow certain type of non-shedding dogs under a certain weight.  There is an additional pet fee per stay.


Q: I saw your properties on Homeaway, Airbnb and other sites.  Can I book there or directly on your site?  

A: Yes, you can book our properties on most 3rd party websites.  However, when you book direct, you save on paying the booking fee to those websites.


Q: Can I cancel my trip if something comes up?

A: You can cancel your trip up to 90 days before your check-in date.  There are also several third party vacation rental insurance policies available
